Can anybody create an account?
Laila’s sell to trade accounts only. Qualified trade members are invited to apply for an account. Non registered visitors are welcome to use the site and submit a wish list. We'll locate a registered vendor near you.

Simply click on “My Account” and enter your email address under ‘Apply for an Account’. A credit application will then appear. You can either fill it up and submit it online or print it and fax it to 905-813-4300. Our staff members will contact you with a new username and password within 24 hours of your request. In the meantime, please feel free to browse our website.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Upon receipt of your order, delivery time is 4 weeks.

How do I determine shipping & delivery costs?
Shipping & delivery costs depend on the size, weight and destination of the order shipment. Contact us for an approximate quote.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, please notify us before hand of the date of pickup so we can arrange for the order to be ready upon your arrival.

What is your return policy?
Damage Policy – For Receipt of Damage Shipments, please report the damage within 5 days from time of receipt to our customer service department at 1-800-263-6176. Defective Product – Please supply a digital image of the product in question to sales@lailas.com along with the part # and a customer service representative will contact you within 24 hours.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally with a few exceptions.

What type of packaging do you use?
All art pieces are protected with corners and packaged securely in corrugated boxes. Rolled prints are shipped thick cardboard tubes.

What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, and Mastercard.

Can I cancel my order?

What is your most popular framing style?
Our best selling framestyle is Gallery Wrapped Canvas (E). It is an affordable unique look that appears three-dimensional.

How do I order?
Once you are logged in to your account, start by selecting potential images and adding them to ‘My gallery’ From there, you are able to make your final decision on which images you would like added to purchase. Select ‘Frame and canvas options’ shown underneath each image to select your framing options by using our easy to use framing application. Adding your final pieces to the cart and submitting your order would be the final step to completion. We will process your order and send you a confirmation by email within 24 hours.

Can you edit image colours to my specifications?
Yes, you can send us a sample or a hex number of the desired colour and we will modify the colour on the art before it is printed.
